Our best holiday present...
As you know, we currently only sell men's shoes. However, some of our styles are actually gender-neutral. As such, almost 1/3 of our customers are women, which came as a pleasant surprise! We've had a few interactions with one of our female customers in the past weeks and her last email totally melted our hearts and brightened our holidays! With her permission, we're sharing it here:
"I wanted to thank you again for working with me to exchange the shoes that I ordered. I received the new pair last week and have been wearing them ever since. I can honestly say these are the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn! I know you had to incur a lot of expenses to exchange those sizes for me. I really appreciate it. I just donated a pair of shoes for a brother in need to hopefully help offset those costs / ensure someone in need gets the chance to wear these amazing shoes. (BTW, I am a tall woman with very large feet, so I really appreciated that most of your shoes have a gender-neutral look to them. I feel like a badass in my long march polar fox shoes!)
